Divide and Throw Out
An Attempt at
logic
There are two major philosophies about life here on earth.
The first says we are just an accidental creation of nature. We are born, grow, reproduce, die and
death is the end of our entire existence. The second philosophy says we are planned for and have a purpose
in this existence. This would indicate the existence of a Creator or Planner in the scheme of things.
That is the Division. If the first is true: It doesn’t matter what you
think or do. You can blow with the wind, you will soon be gone. If the second is true
then it might matter what you do. We throw out the first philosophy because if it is true, no action is required.
Anything and everything you do is irrelevant. If the second philosophy is true, there is a plan
and you are part of it so now it does matter. It seems from a logical point of view that you had better
choose the second one. Again, we divide.
The first concept is that the overall plan includes man
as a decided or already fated part of the whole. Fate determines everything this man does.
He will do as needed with no will of his own. The second concept says that man has some will and
affects his path in life. Again we throw out the first concept. If man has no
effect on his life, it doesn’t matter what he does. The second concept gives man a choice and that
choice “might” make a difference. Logic would suggest that we pick the second choice.
We divide again. We have given man
a choice or choices in his life and again we have two possibilities. The first says that even though man
can make choices, he is steered to a given course. He has some latitude, but in the end he will have gone
through that which was designed. The second possibility says that man is free to choose any course.
He can fly to the heavens, crash and burn or sail somewhere between.
It is here, with there last two choices, that we need
to arrive. It is only with these two choices that man can affect his life by his own choices.
All that was thrown out might be true, but “So what?” If you are just a thing with no
real choice then there is no need to seek, to study, to examine, it will happen as it was designed or by accident with no
help or hindrance from you.
“IT ONLY MATTERS WHICH CHOICE YOU MAKE IF THE CHOICE
IS REAL AND HAS AN EFFECT ON YOU AND YOUR LIFE.”
By Definition, there is no true “Choice”
unless the course and outcome of each possibility is known. We suggest that in truth, we do know the course
and outcome of all our choices. Thus the “Path”.
The choices we make everyday are just answers to questions
on a test for most. We choose one way and it shows that we have learned a lesson. We
choose the other way and it shows that we have more to go through before we get it. Our life goals are
irrelevant since we are going to die anyway. Each life is but a snap of a finger in the cosmic view.
This work is trying to convince us that we should get out of this trap and go on with our travels in “Fathers”
universe. The Fallen One is here on this earth influencing man. “IT” understands
time, pain, loss, joy, monkey/man, love and the need to control ones life. “IT” is “here”
not out in some other plane and most important “IT is winning”!
